After being grounded by an injury, high-flying bachelor Peng is stuck with two young ducklings.

If you are planning on watching an animation, give this one a miss. The main character Peng (what a name!) is one of the most unlikable characters and this is never a winning thing. Selfish and unfunny Peng was mean to everyone he encountered and that meant that I didn't actually care if his plan worked. His character development was also just thrown in and his decision to rescue baby ducks Chi and Chao just came out of the blue and there was no real reason behind the decision.

I know that this is a film for kids, being Easter half-term and all but it is really one of the weaker releases I've seen. Reliant too much on silliness and jokes that weren't honestly very funny. The only saving grace in this film were Chi and Chao who were at least cute and were actually likeable, I at least was rooting for their happiness in the end.

This film is just fine, average plot, a few decent jokes but overall not much substance to it. Something that I'm sure I will forget about in a few weeks.
